Modern, Romantic Wedding of Ari & Handi at Grand Hyatt
The two first met 8 years ago at Spaghetti Tree Restaurant, got engaged in Bali in August 2018 and decided to get married in Melbourne later in December 2018. “We love having each other company, this is just life we are living and we need nothing more than each other”. Ari loves listening to happy songs while Handi is a talented chef. Tasting Handi’s cooking has now become a hobby to Ari.
When asked about how they describe their wedding, Ari replied “romantic, simple but elegant, with soft pink and burgundy accents”. The details are abundant, but capturing the happy moments is what they feel most important for their wedding photography. Their guests are the people who play a part in their life; therefore, being with the guests are equally important to the wedding itself.
They decide to shoot the photo session in the morning prior to the ceremony. We absolutely support this choice. Earlier photo session means less people in the background, the lighting is just about right. We really think you should consider this when you get married in the afternoon in Melbourne CBD area.
We remember the atmosphere that afternoon was very relaxing. Nathan from Melbent Co is a talented sax player and perhaps was the highlight of the entertainment on the afternoon. The flower decoration is so stunning, they asked for more family photos after the reception. The reception concludes with first dance by the pair followed by all guests. Ari and Handi officially concluded their wedding by hosting a tea ceremony with immediate families.
